The Classic Ikon series builds on the Wüsthof fine cutlery tradition with thinner blades, refined ergonomic handles and optimal balance. Precision-forged knives feature tempered and hardened high-carbon steel blades with laser-controlled edges that are easy to sharpen. Ergonomic, triple-riveted synthetic handles are more sanitary than wood. The gorgeously grained acacia wood block has a great countertop presence, with a few extra slots for old favorites or new additions. This set includes a 3.5-inch paring knife, 5-inch serrated utility knife, 5-inch santoku knife, 6-inch utility knife, 8-inch bread knife, 8-inch chef's knife, 9-inch honing steel, kitchen shears and six 4.5-inch steak knives.
