Step 1

dimensions
You've found the piece you love—now
it's time to make sure it's the right fit.
- Check the product page for height (H),
width (W), and diagonal depth (DD) - Grab measuring tape, or lay down
painter's
tape, to visualize it in the room
Step 2
map out your space
Once you can picture it in the room, think
about how it fits into the flow of your space.
- Leave 18–24" of walking room around furniture
- Watch for power outlets, windows, doorways
- Account for other furniture and items
already in the room
Step 3
chart the delivery path
Consider the whole journey—from building
or home entrance to the room.
- Measure the height (H), width (W) and
diagonal
depth (DD) of every entrance,
doorway and
elevator - Measure the diagonal depth of any
hallway turn
and make sure your furniture
piece's diagonal
depth will clear it - Make sure there is enough space to
rotate and
tilt through the turn
- When going up or down stairs,
check ceiling
height (H) clearance
at the bottom and top of
the
stairway - At any stairwell turn, measure
ceiling height,
stair width and
corner-to-corner clearance - Make sure there is enough space
to rotate and
tilt through the turn

What should I expect on delivery day?
Our team will call ahead to confirm your delivery window. Once they arrive, they’ll bring your furniture inside, assemble it if needed, place it in your room of choice and remove all packaging before they leave.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes; a responsible adult at least 18+ years old must be home to sign for the delivery.
How far in advance will I be notified of my delivery date?
We will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to discuss delivery information. 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date we will call with an estimated time of delivery.
