The durable porcelain vessel is textured all over with slender fluting for multidirectional linear interest. An ingenious way to store butter, the butter keeper safely keeps butter at room temperature and ready for spreading. Simply pack the lid with one stick of softened butter, add water to the fill line on the base and place the butter-filled lid upside-down in the base to create an airtight seal of water that protects flavor and freshness. For best results, change water every three days.
